We're currently searching for a seasoned Instructional Designer to design all manner of learning deliverables - eLearning, microlearning, adaptive, scenario-based learning, instructor-led materials, job aids, tutorials, and so forth.
You'll have the opportunity to work with clients ranging from well-known Fortune 1000 firms to large non-profit organizations. The work is varied and creative.
You need to be an excellent writer of assessments and be familiar with IACET standards, as well as the various instructional models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Nine Events, etc.). You must be comfortable performing needs assessments.
This is a fully remote-working position. Remuneration is project-based, either per hour or fixed-price. You'll need to be available during business hours in the Eastern US time zone, and be aware some projects require evening and weekend hours to meet important deadlines.
You'll be fully conversant with all Microsoft® Office® applications, and totally comfortable with technology. You'll also need to own an Articulate 360 license, since that's the tool we use to storyboard.
