AAK specializes in plant-based oils that are the value-adding ingredients in many of the products people love to consume. They make these products better tasting, healthier, and more sustainable. They enhance their sensory experience by giving the silkier mouthfeel in premium chocolate, the juicier texture in a plant-based burger, and the puffier appearance in a lower-fat pastry.
Kick worked with AAK to create “The AAK Brand” eLearning for new hires and existing personnel to fully comprehend that they are AAK ambassadors and, as such, how to convey the value of the brand and correctly apply brand elements in their written communications, presentations, and conversations.
This could have been a boring branding course, but Kick spiced it up with fun exercises, sound effects, and gamification aspects. At the end of the course learners used their knowledge to build a brand-correct PowerPoint presentation. All reviews have been positive and, dare we say, actually mentioned the word “fun” several times!
